We are looking for an innovative and B2B experienced Digital Marketing Sr. Manager/Director with a track record for driving ideas from concept to successful execution. You will be accountable for accelerating new business growth, especially for our SaaS solutions, working in strong collaboration with the rest of the marketing team, sales and support, product, and marketing operations teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing full-funnel digital marketing programs with successful outcomes and delivering hyper-targeted multi-touch digital programs that meet aggressive pipeline targets. They should have a thorough understanding of SaaS best practices, know how to best optimize budgets and programs, A/B performance testing, landing page optimization and possess a growth mindset and constant learning approach as well as know how to apply marketing analytics and insights to evaluate performance. A customer-first approach combined with strong SaaS marketing skills and experience in the B2B space is required. You have mastered standard media metrics and KPIs used to measure digital campaigns. You are fluent in identifying campaign insights and presenting learnings to the marketing team. Responsibilities:
Design and execute digital marketing programs that are in alignment with overall global campaigns and brand strategy--including but not limited to paid search, paid social, programmatic display ads, retargeting, and CPL programs. Media strategy:
Developing paid media strategies and plans to support full funnel business goals and priorities targeting key audiences globally and drive the GTM execution of new SaaS services--launching free trials and POCs Drive solid and accelerated growth across account acquisition, pipeline growth, pipeline progression, and funnel metrics using first party data, intent data, customer segments, etc. Developing, testing, and iterating on strategies to grow adoption and growth (especially across SaaS solutions) using a variety of tactics and tools. You'll need to think deeply about all potential conversion points within the various funnels, considering all channels from email and landing pages to in-product suggestions and notifications. Surface insights and learnings from past campaign/program performance to identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns--not just looking at top level conversion but all the way through pipeline attribution. Track overall paid media success against projections and KPIs and communicate results to broader team Be accountable for monthly media budget planning, PO process, tracking, and manage billing and invoicing Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and incremental business growth potential including piloting new tools/ad formats and develop the business case for these. Develop landing pages copy and funnel optimizations strategies to drive conversions; drive creative Owning and executing on your ideas - from crafting the messaging, to launching campaigns, and pushing landing pages live. Qualifications 8-10 years of B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing (but open to B2C depending on qualifications), with expertise in customer acquisition and engagement, and superb data-driven focus Solid understanding of SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, CPL media, and multi-channel marketing for both brand and demand programs Hands on knowledge on running campaigns in Google/YouTube, Bing, LinkedIn and DSP/DMP platforms. Must have an analytical, data-driven mindset and be comfortable working with SFDC, Marketo, Leadspace, Kickfire, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc. Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling, ad operations, media reporting and QA, including implementation of UTMs, ad serving and pixels Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to turn on a dime, think through problems and come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines as well as work through ambiguity and think outside the box on new ideas Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and Web platform (Drupal/Wordpress) a plus Ideally have experience in enterprise security Strong global communication skills, ability to adapt and work collaboratively with people who are diverse in background and across multiple time zones
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
